Beginner Back Workout!!

Hi, everyone!! Happy Wednesday!! This is a quick beginner back workout…💖

Make sure to warm up before this workout to prevent injuries…

  • Let’s start with back bows for 20 seconds
  • Swimmers for 10 seconds
  • Back bow crossovers for 20 seconds
  • Swimmers for 10 seconds
  • Side plank for 30 seconds
  • Other side
  • Plank for one minute

Full Body Monday Morning Workout!!

Hi, everyone!! Happy Monday!! This is a 5 minute full body workout 🙂

(You can increase the amount of exercises if you want)

  • Let’s start off with mountain climbers for 30 seconds.
  • Now we’re going to do 5 plank rotations on each side.
  • Do cross body mountain climbers for 30 seconds.
  • 10 side plank hip raises on each side.
  • 10 jump squats.
  • 10 calf raises.
  • 10 plank shoulder taps
