Quick Arm Workout!!

Happy Wednesday, everyone!! I hope you enjoy this quick arm workout!! 🙂

(Feel free to repeat this if it’s too easy)

  • 10 arm raises on each side in plank position
  • Up and down plank for 30 seconds
  • 5 plank rotations on each side
  • 5 push ups
