Hi, everyone!! Happy Wednesday!! ๐ Here is a 5 minute full body warm up that you can do before stretching or workouts.
- 10 jumping jacks
- Reach forward and to the ground and then roll back up
- Reach to the right side
- Reach to the left side
- 10 jumping jacks
- 5 head circles each way
- 5 forward right arm circles
- 5 backward right arm circles
- 5 forward left arm circles
- 5 backward left arm circles
- Runner’s lunge on right leg
- Side lunge stretch on right leg
- Backwards lunge stretch on right leg
- Runner’s lunge on left leg
- Side lunge on left leg
- Backwards lunge stretch on left leg
