Beginner Back Workout!!

Hi, everyone!! Happy Wednesday!! This is a quick beginner back workout…💖

Make sure to warm up before this workout to prevent injuries…

  • Let’s start with back bows for 20 seconds
  • Swimmers for 10 seconds
  • Back bow crossovers for 20 seconds
  • Swimmers for 10 seconds
  • Side plank for 30 seconds
  • Other side
  • Plank for one minute
