- Let’s do 32 jumping jacks when the beat drops
- Now we’re going to squat 2 times and stretch to both sides…We’ll repeat this 3 times getting faster each time…
- High knees for 20 seconds
- Stretch in a standing pike position for 20 seconds…bend your knees and slowly roll your body up.
- Go to a high lunge and hold for 10 seconds
- Switch to a side lunge and hold for 10 seconds
- Repeat the high lunge on your other leg for 10 seconds.
- Repeat the side lunge on your other leg for 10 seconds.
- Roll your head 4 times to the right.
- Roll your head 4 times to the left.
- 4 shoulder rolls forward.
- 4 shoulder rolls back.
