Here’s the music:

  • Spiderman Plank 20 times (also called front plank knee to elbow)
  • Hold side plank for 30 seconds
  • 20 bicycle crunches
  • 10 back lying side crunches
  • Spiderman plank 20 times
  • Hold side plank for 30 seconds

  • 10 back lying side crunches
