  • When he starts singing we’ll do 2 sets of 5 crunches and 5 sit ups.
  • Next we’ll do 8 V crunches
  • 30 heel touches
  • 16 toe taps
  • 2 sets of 5 crunches and 5 sit ups
  • 8 V crunches
  • 30 heel touches
  • 16 toe taps
