Hi, everyone!! Happy Monday!! This week I’m going to be uploading a new workout every day. We’re going to be focusing on the arms, abs, obliques, hips and legs. Then I’ll post a full body workout!! đ

Remember to stay on the beat. And let’s begin!!
- When the beat drops we are going to start with 30 mountain climbers.
- Then we are going to go down into a push up for 4 counts and back up for 4 counts (or beats). Repeat 4 times.
- Hold a plank for 10 seconds.
- Up and down plank 8 times.
- 30 mountain climbers.
- 8 count push ups (4 times).
- 10 second plank
- Up and down plank 8 times.
