Winter Workouts: Arms

Hi, everyone!! Happy Monday!! This week I’m going to be uploading a new workout every day. We’re going to be focusing on the arms, abs, obliques, hips and legs. Then I’ll post a full body workout!! 😀

Here’s our music:

Remember to stay on the beat. And let’s begin!!

  • When the beat drops we are going to start with 30 mountain climbers.
  • Then we are going to go down into a push up for 4 counts and back up for 4 counts (or beats). Repeat 4 times.
  • Hold a plank for 10 seconds.
  • Up and down plank 8 times.
  • 30 mountain climbers.
  • 8 count push ups (4 times).
  • 10 second plank
  • Up and down plank 8 times.
