Hi, everyone!! Here are some combinations I made for a quick beginner ballet class!! Have fun!! The music is in order below the combinations.
- Plie: 2 demi plies, releve, 2 grande plies in first, second, and fifth position. Fold forward in fifth and roll up. Hold releve. Repeat on other leg.
- Tendu (slow): Ball, point, flex to the front, side, and back. Then reverse it, so back, side, and front. Balance on releve in first. Start in first position. Repeat on other leg.
- Tendu: Tendu, pas de cheval twice, to the front, side, and back. Repeat on other leg.
- Degage:3 degages a la seconde closing in first, the fourth one closes in fifth. Repeat 3 times. Repeat on other leg.
- Rond de jambe a terre 8 times, developpe en avant, a la seconde, and derriere. Reverse the combo. Repeat on other leg.
- Grand battement 4 times en avant, a la seconde, and derriere. Repeat on other leg.
