- Jumping Jacks (30 times)
- Stretch over and try to touch your toes, squat, and then roll back up. (10 times)
- Mountain climbers (30 seconds)
- Go to a squat position and pulse. (20 times)
- Do a plank on your hands for ten seconds, then do two push ups. (2 times)
- 30 second sprint.
